Inspired to be an Interior Designer!

Someday yes maybe?... Hahaha!!!

What have I been doing for the past few weeks? Why am I always complaining that I'm busy but the fact some of you thinks I'm REALLY THAT BUSY but actually I'm not? Confuse?

I'm equally confuse too and I don't know what I'm talking actually! :P

Niceeeee right?

Been working on my Integrated Project for the past few weeks!

Slogging my ass day and night trying to plan and design my desire room and I finally thought of what i'm going to design like few days after I received the topic! -_-"!

Some of my friends came up with the Mexican theme, Retro theme, Egyptian Theme, Japanese Style, Korean style, Mediterranean sea style, Scandinavian Style and many more!!

But to me, I felt that since I'm a Singaporean...and we are all familiar about....

Though he might be so called as "Fake"because the contracting company doesn't even exist in real life, but I'm really inspired by his actions!

SO SINGAPOREANISH!

Hahahahahaahahaa!!!

"Let's do it our Singapore Way"

I've decided to go for the TYPICAL SINGAPOREAN THEME!

Before-that, we need to design the house's layout plan using AUTOCAD!

This is what I'm going to show you... The rooms and the Camera Angle!

Firstly I will show you guys...

Children's Room

I'm showing the arrangement and the designs of the rooms in sequence!

For those who don't know, eg, Stage 1, stage 2, stage 3..... lastly COMPLETE ROOM! :D

At the start of this children room design, I've got totally no idea what to put in the room, what colour to add, tile materials etc!

So I anyhow-ly added a bed, table, lappy, a chair, wardrobe, shelvings, and I didn't add windows!!!

How Noob!

Since this is a Children Room, So i thought by adding some kiddy wallpaper onto the wall makes the kid goes "gaga-ring" around!

However, NO! I'm wrong.

The theme criteria was " 18 years old boy/girl "

Next in mind was BLUE!

The colour of water.... However I was wrong again! Next argument was about FengShui!

The blue colour on my wall looks like water and it doesn't blend in with a teenager living inside it because it's so "adult "

Nevermind! Carry on...

Next in mind was Polka Dots !

Colourful Polka Dots toooooo! However the colours of my wardrobe is getting a little "Over-colourful"

sooooooooooooooooooo..............

I decided to change to this colour Brown!!

Damn, the program's WOOD isn't of what I expected... It's so light and creamy.. Yucks!

As for the design of my wardrobe, I've put up stripe designs... Act as a substitute of anime posters being hung up against the wardrobe.

Now looked so much more like a teenager room le! ;O

Kitchen/ Dining Room

Totally have no idea to design my kitchen... All I knew was to have at least *1 purple item to be in my every room! :)

Yellow Stripe? NOT NICE!

Ceramic wall tiles?! NOT NICE TOO!

Purple background? EEEK! Got the "Mysterious/Monster" feeling!

Yellow Background?!

Not bad right? Purple and Yellow are complimentary colours...

If you are observant enough, you would have noticed I've added lightings (shadows) and a mini fan beside the table!

Just in case the kitchen is too warm, at least got a fan to make you feel cooler that's why I added a fan there!!! HAHA! ANYHOW MAN!...~~

I thought it's completed at this design stage.. but actually not!

FINAL PRODUCT!

Added the polka dot walls to make the kitchen feel more cozier!

So now looks much more homely right??? With the nice cloudy weather outside..Wholalaa!! :P

Living Room

Last and the final room to design... I'm getting more and more excited to do a better design!

Because after meddling around with the 3D program, I'm slowly getting more and more familiarized with the program ma! So it's a must to do a better job then the previous 2 designs!

Watery Blue background again! But my lighting is wrong! I placed it on the floor. Fml...

Quite tired of the program already so I tried to photoshop it to make my living room more "chio-er!"

Cheating?????? NO lah! They also never say can't photoshop right?! :)

Sooooo, I photoshop my chio-chio news reporter face with the Mini channel 5 on the television screen to make it more real...

NICE? :D

Though it might be a little childish, but at least I made an effort to design the rooms and I burned 80% of my time daily to complete this project!

Managed to hand in on time! Yay!!

So Now I'm freeeeeee le! Just need to sit for my last written exam this coming Thursday and I'm free from POLY... and I can declared " I'VE CLEARED POLY YEAR 1" ; MOVING ON TO YEAR 2 NEXT SEMESTER! :)

Up next, I can concentrate to prepare for my 6 weeks China Trip this coming March 2010! Can't wait can't wait! :DDDD
